UEPA is a member of ICC Czech Republic

Since April 2018, UEPA is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC Czech Republic. Our lawyers will work with the ICC in particular in the areas of arbitration and ADR. This comes as a part of UEPA´s strategy to significantly expand its activities in the field of ADR.

UEPA partner Andreas Ueltzhöffer, then as the managing partner of the Prague office of Schaffer & Partner, was already in the nineties one of the founding members of ICC Czech Republic. In 2016, as a member of ICC Germany, he was directly appointed by the International Court of Arbitration as arbitral tribunal chairman and successfully concluded significant arbitration proceedings in a high-value case with prominent parties within 10 months of his appointment.
