Why Of-Counsels?
Some of us, and this is true of all UEPA partners, have been working in the main areas of commercial law for almost 25 years. We often deal with comprehensive projects including co-operation with experts in various business areas. Some of them are among the best in their field, and we co-operate with many of them repeatedly. We would like to make our contact network available to you, and directly draw your attention to these experts.
All of the experts listed in the Of-Counsel section are independent of UEPA, mostly freelancers. These experts and UEPA only exchange information when working on the same transaction based on the client’s wishes. You can also contact them directly.
Project Manager: International Coordination
In recent times, UEPA has been successfully expanding the “coordination of international legal advice” area for multinationals.
What does this mean?
Many UEPA clients are active in a large number of countries. UEPA relieves the legal departments of such clients by taking over the clarification of entire legal issues in the expansion countries of its clients, from the formulation of tasks to the coordination of international legal work via UEPA partner law firms in these countries or via lawyers selected by the client, through to the clear presentation of the results, delivered in a timely manner, which usually allows immediate implementation of pending tasks without the need for further internal intermediate steps. This saves UEPA clients a lot of time and money.
In 2024, UEPA decided to meet the growing complexity of these tasks in the non-legal area by hiring an experienced, multilingual project manager to take over communication with clients and lawyers in the expansion countries, the UEPA internal processing of incoming results, and all billing issues.
