The newly opened UEPA office in Bratislava is being led by Marcel Máčai. He is an experienced lawyer, a member of the Slovak Bar Association, who, in his previous practice, worked with leading law firms. He had also served as a legal advisor to European nuclear energy projects, and he had been leading a legal team for a prominent Slovak construction company for a long time. He is cooperating closely with partners Andreas Ueltzhöffer and Lars Klett, who have extensive experience in providing legal services for investments in the Slovak Republic and neighbouring countries.
Marcel Máčai has been providing advice to clients operating in various areas of law, especially in construction, energy, corporate law, real estate, developer projects, labor law and acquisitions. He is a Slovak native speaker and fluent in Czech, English and German.
