The Czech government has announced last evening the schedule for a release of emergency measures applied in connection to the COVID – 19 pandemic. We would like to provide you with an overview when the measures concerning your businesses are likely to be released.
Retail and service places of businesses will be allowed to open gradually according to their size and location as follows:
- From 27. 4. 2020 all places of businesses up to 200 m2
- From 11. 5. 2020 all places of businesses up to 1.000 m2
- From 8. 6. 2020 all places of businesses over 1. 000 m2 and all places of businesses located in shopping centres with a size larger than 5.000 m2 (they are not allowed to open earlier irrelevant of their size)
Hotels, accommodation establishments, restaurants and catering facilities may open from 8. 6. 2020 unless they can sale through windows or have a dooryard – such places of business can open with restricted operations from 25. 5. 2020.
The Ministry of Health has also announced to publish guidelines for hygienic conditions connected to operation of opened places of business in epidemic times.
