Marek Hudec is one of the partners of UEPA advokáti in Bratislava. He has been working as an attorney in the Slovak Republic since 2000. Thanks to his work in internationally oriented business law firms he has gained profound experience in advising internationally active companies.
Marek renders legal services to a number of companies in the fields of energetics, logistics, IT, machinery, retail and automotive. In this respect, he does not only act as an advisor, but also represents his clients in lawsuits and out of court disputes as well as in procedures before authorities and other public bodies, including their participation in public tenders.
In addition to his native Slovak, he is also fluent in Czech, German and English.
