Our team members Lucie Hladěnová, Radim Obst, Petra Nedvídková and Lars Klett represented our firm at the Lead Talks event on 11 December 2025, an event focused on modern HR management, leadership, and the legal aspects of working with people. The theme of the meeting once again demonstrated the importance of cross-disciplinary cooperation if we want to create healthy and transparent corporate environments.

We are happy that UEPA advokáti was partner in the event. We are also proud of our colleague Lucie Hladěnová, who gave a presentation on how lawyers can be true partners to HR teams – not a hindrance, but a valuable support in dealing with everyday situations and long-term changes.

The atmosphere of the event encouraged networking among participants across disciplines, which is precisely why we like to support this type of events.
